The Backdoor tent is the 4 person tent from Heimplanet - perfect for families or groups of up to 4 people. It is designed for a wide range of uses and is perfect for camping from spring to autumn. The front entrance has a spacious vestibule that provides easy access to the main tent via a split inner tent door. Inside the tent you'll find various storage compartments to help you keep things tidy. A shelf under the roof allows you to store additional valuables or serves as a lamp with diffused light when you plug in your smartphone or a headlamp.

Features of the Heimplanet Backdoor Tent

Inflatable Diamond Grid (IDG) is a self-supporting air frame inspired by the diamond's molecular structure, similar to a geodesic dome, known for high stability and a great surface-area-to-volume ratio.
Multi Chamber Safety System is a patented system that allows the IDG to be inflated in one step and then divided into four separate chambers for stability even if damaged, using one-pump connectors.
The IDG features four 2-in-1 valves, each with a one-way valve for easy inflation and a large opening for quick deflation, making setup and takedown simple.
The Backdoor tent includes four side guy line points to secure all corners, ensuring the flysheet and inner tent stay separated and stable in adverse weather.
The air beams feature a double-layer construction with an airtight TPU bladder for consistent pressure and a strong polyester outer sleeve for durability and rigidity.
The tent's frame, flysheet, and inner tent can be pitched together or separately, offering versatile setup options.
A gear loft provides a storage solution under the inner tent's roof, capable of holding items or a lamp for diffused lighting.
The flysheet is compatible with two inner tents: a 3-Season version for airflow and a 4-Season version for heat retention.
The flysheet minimises heat loss and prevents wind and snow entry with adjustable straps for airflow, accessible through openings in the inner tent.
Four closable air vents ensure effective upward air circulation in all conditions.
The tent has two vestibules, one larger at the front with two access points and a smaller one at the rear with one access point, both accessible from inside and outside the tent.
